1. Damaged Parcels

If you receive a parcel that is damaged during shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.

To request this:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide your order number

  • Share clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The parcel packaging

Once verified by our team, we will proceed with either:

  • Sending a replacement product, or

  • Issuing store credit (as per your preference)


2. Return Policy

If a customer has a valid complaint regarding the product, they may request a return.

Return Conditions:

  • All return requests are subject to verification by our team

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The returned parcel must be sent back after approval

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your request accordingly.


3. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

However, after successful return verification, customers will receive:

  • Store Credit equal to the product value

This credit can be used as a discount on your next order.


4. Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit is issued only after product inspection and approval

  • Credit can only be used for future purchases

  • Store credit is non-transferable

  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash
