1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Our standard delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days across Pakistan.

During periods of high order volume, deliveries may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


2. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message along with your tracking details (if available).


3. Shipping Charges

We currently offer shipping across Pakistan at a flat shipping rate of Rs. 250.

Shipping charges may vary during promotions or special offers.


4. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

To process your complaint quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the parcel packaging


Payment Methods

Currently, Hommart accepts the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers across Pakistan can pay in cash at the time of delivery.

EasyPaisa

Customers can complete payments through EasyPaisa transfer.

JazzCash

Payments can also be made securely via JazzCash.

Bank Transfer

Direct bank transfer option is available for customers who prefer online banking.
